Well we just had our first out-of-town trip with Titus. This past weekend we went to Mesa, Arizona. Brant's family had a reunion so we loaded up the troops and visited Arizona for only about 24 hours. We left Friday night around 6pm drove, making only one stop to change diapers and burp Titus. I was really proud of how we travelled. I am only nursing Titus, so I fed him before we left, then about 3 hours into the trip he was hungry so I pumped a bottle and fed him while we were still driving and then fed him again once we got there. It all worked out perfect. My two other children did absolutely amazing. We played games and read books and sang songs. They were so much fun on this road trip. Then finally with about 1 1/2 hours left in the trip they fell asleep watching a movie on their dvd player. We stayed the night in a nice large hotel suite with Brant's parents, sister-in-law and her 3 children. The kids slept amazingly well. And then the next morning we got up and spent the day with all of Brant's extended family. And we left Saturday night around 9pm, after eating at Cracker Barrel. Brant drove through the night, letting me sleep (Thank the Lord!!) and we got home around 3am Sunday morning. Then we had to get up and go to church that morning.
Titus' baby dedication was Sunday morning. It was really sweet. Destiny and Donny had the twins dedicated also. So it was really special for my mom and dad because they were able to pray over all of their grand children in front of the church. It was very special.
