New stuff

As you can see, so far not so good at this thing called blogging. But I guess that just comes with the fact that I have two children 19 months and younger with one new one on the way. We have recently found out that we will be having a third child due April 7th, only one month after my sister who is expecting twins the first of March!! Life is really busy with my little people, but worth every moment of it.

This past month we experienced some new changes and some firsts with both of our children. First, Brant got a new job. He will be working for a contractor that works for the Marines. It is a "special" job. That is what I call it because you have to have a security clearance to be able to be a part of what he does. When he comes home from work I ask him how his day was and he tells me"that's confidential, I can't tell you." But in all reality he can it's not quite like that. But it is absolutely wonderful because he gets to be home all the time. It is an on-call position with full-time pay and benefits/retirement. We truly have been blessed with it.

Second, we vacationed in Florida with my entire family. It was the first time for both of my kids to get to go there. And it was the first time for Maximus to fly anywhere. My children were absolutely wonderful on the flight and loved Florida. Well on the way back our flight was canceled due to bad weather in Houston. So they re-routed us to Atlanta the next morning and then into Ontario. So we decided instead of staying over night again, we would just drive to Atlanta visit my grandparents there and then resume our scheduled flights from Atlanta. It was absolutely wonderful. My grandparents and aunt got to meet Max for the first time. It was a long drive there, but worth it because my children were able to spend time with their great-grandparents. (We were in Atlanta from 2am-6am. For those of you who are sad that we didn't get to see you, we're sorry, but as you can see it was not a good time of day to really visit. :)

Well many things have happened, but this is only a small portion of it. We really do have a blessed life and are so thankful to the Lord for everything He has done to make it this wonderful.
